Falooda Ice Cream..


Black cus cus/ falooda seed  - 2 tbl spoon.
Vermicelli                             -  1 cup
Sugar                                     -  1/2 cup
Cold milk                              -  1 1/2 cup
Milk powder                         -  4 tbl spoon
Raspberry Jelly crystals      -  1 /2 pkt.
Vanila ice cream                  -  4-5 cup
Red and Yellow food colour  -   3/4 drops.
Tutty fruity green and red    - 1/2 cup

Add 2 tbl spoon sugar, 3 tbl spoon milk powder and red food colour in boiled milk . Mix it well and keep it in chiller.

Boil vermicelli .  Mix sugar, vanila essence and 2 drops yellow food colour in boiled vermicelli. keep it in chiller.

Soak Falooda seed in 1/2 cup water and refrigerate it also.

Make raspberry jelly as per the pkt. Chill it till set.

Take one long glass put  2 tbls spoon soaked falooda seed,  2 tbl spoon vermicelli, then add sweetened milk, then put some pieces of jelly, tutty fruity respectively.

Put a scoop of vanila Ice cream on top  and decorate it with   nuts and tutty fruity.  Hmmm.....Its yummy...!!!

For 5-6 servings.
